This hotel has a great location, super close to shopping malls and tasty food options! We loved the spacious room that was cozy and perfect for a romantic escape. The breakfast spread was also amazing, offering a variety of delicious choices to kickstart our mornings.

Our experience was marred by noise. The neighbors were loud late at night, making it tough to relax. the elevator situation was frustrating during check-out—packed elevators made it a hassle for us to leave. Totally not the romantic getaway we hoped for!

I had a fantastic time at Cozzi Ximen! The kids loved the playground right outside, especially the train rides. The breakfast buffet was impressive, and the room's spaciousness was a huge plus. Although the AC struggled a bit, I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Spent my Xmas holiday with family at a great family-friendly hotel with a perfect location and fantastic amenities. Kids were thrilled to ride on electric karts while we relaxed. The room was cozy, with comfortable beds and an awesome view. The staff was courteous, and their service was speedy.

The breakfast line on Xmas morning was super long, and it took a lifetime before we could find a table. The X-Box room only had one controller, and we could not continue with our own achievement as there was no Xbox Live Gold membership.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving with my family. the hotel had a wonderful playground that my kids enjoyed playing on. They loved riding on the small cars that were provided safely on the premises. the hotel is located in the perfect spot for families because it is in the center of the business district close to many stores and restaurants. the hotel breakfast was excellent with lots of choices of Western and local food options.

the X-box room was interesting but only for a short amount of time.
